Good place to stay as it's in the heart of the city. Easy access to nearby tourist locality both by public and personal transport. A worthy place to explore.

Location is quite central and easy to get around. Autos are very easily available and reasonable. Property was very clean and even when I had to check-in very early in the morning, staff was very courteous.

We liked our room, its space, the comfort and cleanliness. The hotel too was really clean and well organized. They have a little fridge, the basement allows taxi or cars to pick up with baggage. Its easy to get an auto from its location. There's food shops nearby. The housekeeping staff are very efficient, polite and courteous plus helpful. They offered room service from outside vendors which was really helpful.

A very comfortable stay at Hotel Palcastle with family. Minimal yet tasty breakfast, clean room and toilet, helpful and pleasing staff and spacious underground parking.

The rooms are clean and tidy and in a good location within a small city. The staff is helpful regarding any information needed. The rooms are clean and good-sized.
