Arrived early in the morning after getting off the night bus. Owner was so nice and welcoming, he offered us towels and a shower if we wanted. Also got our room early at around 10am. Breakfast was great. The room is basic but very clean and good A/C and he organised our bus to Don Det. Would recommend

The location was fabulous, close to some nice restaurants too, the communal fridge was useful, the room was a good size and the shower was great. The owner was so kind, we had to leave at 4am for a bus and he was up then to unlock the property and gates for us - definitely excellent customer service!

I stayed here for one night on my way to Don Det. The dorm room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was very friendly. Highly recommended!

The gentleman who runs this place is a very nice person. He answers all questions patiently and helps with the planning. The place is also neat and well maintained. I stayed in a dorm room so can't speak on the rooms.

Very clean. Good food (but it's not included). The owner is very friendly and helpful. They have a laundry service. Very quiet and cozy street while also being close to the main road so the location is perfect

We arrived very early in the morning (after a night journey on a sleeping bus), but we were warmly welcomed and able to leave our luggage. By around 10 a.m., our room was ready, which we appreciated greatly. We spent a couple of very peaceful days, something that is very important to us. We loved the quick responses, excellent communication, cleanliness, and attentive service from Xavier and his wife. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. Without a doubt, we would stay here again if we ever return to Pakse. Khop tchaï laï laï 🙏🏼 Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼
