I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Serenity Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the staff was truly outstanding; they went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for. The accommodations were beautifully designed, blending comfort with elegance. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil garden and the inviting pool area. Any time we required to go somewhere the staff would contact a taxi straight away and we never got ripped off with the prices. Overall, Villa Serenity Hotel is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of tradition and warmth. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Villa Serenity absolutely exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a beautiful song and found flowers scattered all over our room – a great start to our honeymoon. The staff met our every need with kindness and attentiveness, from providing water bottles, bringing drinks to us on the beach, and their service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was cleaned twice daily, both in the morning and a turn-down service each evening. Michael, one of the staff members, even added us on WhatsApp and was quick to respond to any requests we had. One of the highlights of our trip was a tour to the Swahili Cave, which the hotel arranged for us. The tour was led by two incredible staff members, and we got to experience the local charm by riding in a tuk-tuk. Villa Serenity also organized transport to and from the airport and a special dinner trip to The Rock, with our driver waiting to bring us back to the hotel. One evening, we were treated to a Maasai cultural show during dinner, which was a fascinating and authentic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a private beach that felt like our own little paradise, a swimming pool that was often free just for us, and a beachfront bar and lunch area perfect for relaxation. Villa Serenity lives up to its name – a perfect blend of culture, and relaxation.

The villa is just beautiful, very spacious, very clean, with own swimming pool, and view on the beach, with your own private entrance to the beach. The rooms are all comfortable, with AC and fan. The breakfasts are very delicious, I am already missing the chapati. The service is impeccable, Michael is really on top of everything. It was a beautiful stay, and we will be back.

Villa Serenity is located beautifully at the East Cost Sansibar. Nice beach for great activities like Swimming, walking or Kite Surfing. The personal and manger of this place are awsome! Great service orientation, friendliness fulfilling all wishes! Villa 2 we stayed in has a private pool and the house is very big. It is not the newest building but standard is very good! Breakfast and Dinner served in the attached restaurant are very good, other options for dinner are nearby only few minutes of walk. The airport transfer was also perfect organized. Manager Michael is always reachable - highest service quality you can imagine 😃
