We had a wonderful stay at the garden. Good location close walk to main road and beach. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Clean and healthy, the avocado toast was a highlight. Beautiful modern rooms. But the main reason for our 10/10 review is for Haji Salum who works there, he deserves a raise! Took care of everything from check in, check out, coordinating breakfast for all, tours, taxis and answered any questions we had with great English. We would stay here again.

It’s a beautiful, tranquil escape. The grounds are stunning and the rooms were lovely and comfortable too. The location is perfect with a few minutes walk to the beach and then also quick access to the main road in the town. There’s a doorman 24/7 so it was easy to come and go late at night too when we were out at parties elsewhere. The breakfast options were so good and it was delicious every time. Highly recommend !

The property was beautiful, extremely clean, quiet, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the beach only a few minutes walk as well as near a lot of restaurants. Hotel is exactly how seen in the pictures. Breakfast offered is is delicious.

Very beautiful place with amazing garden and chilling vibes! Perfect for a quiet stay away from the city’s noises. Beautifully decorated with such a delicious breakfast. People are always helpful and kind and ready to help you. Very close to the beach with 3-4min walk distance and 5-10min walk distance to center. I so loved the peacefulness of this hotel!

Overall vibe was amazing. The location is so calm and quiet, I slept so well every night and slept late in the mornings. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was lovely and the staff members were amazing they helped with everything and made you feel welcome.

The best breakfasts on the island. ( seouriously sooo delicious). Stuff is super friendly, helpful and make you feel like at home :-). Perfect location of this hotel in Paje. This place is amazingly designed and full of beautiful plants. If I come back to Sansibar I would definitely stay here and have another chat about football with Messi ( manager of the place).

Super friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Everything “pole pole” (Swahili for “slowly slowly”), ideal to recharge your batteries. Breakfast is excellent, good coffee/tea. You can select 2 of 8 breakfast options. Close proximity to the beach and main road for everyday commodities. Many very nice restaurants close by.

The property is stunning, it looks very good. It’s clean, the rooms smell nice everyday after cleaning, the staff is very very kind. I had an amazing stay at The Garden and will definitely come back here.
