Lovely spacious room with an absolutely precious view. Great and helpful host, we felt very welcome. Perfect location for the start of our vacation in NZ.

Charming property with the most amazing views. The property was immaculately clean and our host Stacey was warm and welcoming which made our stay even more pleasurable. We would return in a heartbeat.

It was spacious with stunning views from dining room table. It also had a massive deck that also had spectacular views of Paihia bay and Russell.

Fantastic views. Car parking, clean, friendly. Location for walking to Waitangi and Paihia… didn’t use the car during our stay.

Loved the fantail birds and the character of the place. My grandchildren visited and loved the outdoor kitchen. lady who owns it was very friendly and helpful.
