The hotel charged $266 to my credit card, a debt owed by another guest. This is absurd. Now they are telling me to wait up to 5 business days to receive a refund. I paid for my accommodation and my hotel expenses. I am being harmed. This is a very serious mistake. The hotel in particular should compensate me in some way.

Nice place to stay. Room was nice. Beds comfy bathroom was good. The only downfall was one of our cups and teaspoon was still dirty with cake. Took it to reception and got a set sent up to the room. Also the day of check out we had a knock on the door by housekeeping at 0900. They could have come after 1000 when we checked out. Otherwise Staff very good.

The best breakfast with the yummiest variety of everything . If you can imagine what you would like for breakfast , it’s on the buffet ! Nothing tops the Copthorne food
