The location the room had an excellent view the host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious. Did the the kitchen having its own space and was well stocked. Local shops and cafe and restaurants were walking distance.

The location was incredible with amazing views of the beach and water. Close to nice restaurants and small shops! Room was a good size with great facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great location, opposite the swimming beach. 10 min walk to wharf for boat trips and to shopping. The welcome was warm and the room was all you need, with comfy beds.

Straight across the road from the beach. Great view. Hearing the waves was lovely nice little outside area lovely clean rooms with cooking facilities. Fabulous obliging friendly staff.

Amazing location 600m from the heart of Paihia. We were upgraded for free to a ocean view room. The room had heaps of space including a kitchenette.
