It was an awesome property in a great location. The hosts were kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Comfy beds and quiet nights are all you can dream about. We had everything we needed for a good stay.

Lovely spot, well equipped and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the deck with the beautiful view. Walking distance into town. Spotlessly clean.

Very neat two-bedroom small cottage. Excellent location with views of the Bay of Islands a s in walking distance of the beach, shops etc. We were abe to self cater: gas cooker, microwave, toaster, barbecue etc. Off road parking directly outside. Moderate to reasonable wifi.

The keys were on the coffee table, but the friendly host meet us on arrival and checked in the day we left. The apartment was in a good location with a new deck and a lovely view down the valley to the water and over to Waitangi. The views from 2 of the bedrooms were also lovely. The beach was an easy walk partly through the bush. I walked back via the road (up hill) and it took me 10 minutes. The kitchen was basic, but the free-standing cook-top and and oven worked well. Wi-Fi was great and it was a very comfortable place for the three of us and we greatly appreciated the generous up grade from the hosts.

Spacious apartment and nicely decorated in bush setting. Great views over Paihia and the water. Close to cafe and beach.
