A proper home from home really. Didn't want to leave. Ideal location for what we wanted to do. Nice and quiet on a night time, but easy to get to.

It is very close to the beach and restaurants, the beds were comfortable, there was a functional kitchen with filtered tap, the AC was nice and strong, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. And the staff were lovely!!

It provided what we needed. It's close enough to get to the main road. The room has a high ceiling with air conditioning.

We had a spacious two bedroom unit. The staff could not have been more helpful - any time I mentioned plans they offered us items that would help (the loan of a picnic basket, bicycle, shopping bags, beach towels...) We were always greeted by name and felt appreciated.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Good size rooms and bbq just outside the door. Short walk to town centre and jetty for the ferry. Good value for money. Recommend in Paihia.
