.Wonderful atmosphere Andy is a great host that made you feel welcome. He gave me a ground floor room as I have health issues. So was pleased about that. Will definitely return again.

Spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Landlord leaves you in peace but plenty of supplies left out where you can access them (teabags, milk, loo roll etc) very close to the seafront and amenities. Was here to visit sister in hospital so not there much but would stay for a holiday, will recommend to others.
