Great location. Really friendly, personal welcome. The Breakfast had a great spread of food and the cooked options were great. Relaxed atmosphere but with everything you need.

.Wonderful atmosphere Andy is a great host that made you feel welcome. He gave me a ground floor room as I have health issues. So was pleased about that. Will definitely return again.

The property was very clean and tidy, perfect location, and Tom was very friendly and accommodating. Me and my family had a lovely stay.

Spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Landlord leaves you in peace but plenty of supplies left out where you can access them (teabags, milk, loo roll etc) very close to the seafront and amenities. Was here to visit sister in hospital so not there much but would stay for a holiday, will recommend to others.
