Ideally located right next to Paignton beach Within east walking distance to all the local bars & restaurants Spotlessly clean & inviting Friendly & helpful hosts making it an effortless booking We both had a wonderful & quiet nights sleep with the double bedroom being so warm 5 Stars *****

Stayed for one night with partner and my dad 2 excellent sized rooms Everything was great rooms lovely clean, warm, breakfast hot and tasty but what really makes this a lovely place is the owners friendly,have time for you polite helpful funny very very welcoming
