Steve, the manager was very helpful. The deadline was 8 PM to Check-in. I didn't Check-in till 930. Steve was very Polite and very friendly, very chatty, man. I would definitely book there again when I'm down in that part of the world again Very comfortable bed and Comfortable bedding

Absolutely perfect: the room nicely decorated, cleaned, lovely sheets,comfortable bed ,warm in the evening, morning. And a lot of Mirrors 😄 Water, coffee, biscuits 😋

I was offered 1st floor to a large king-size bed with ensuite shower room and the bedroom was big. Spotlessly clean and supplied kettle beverages etc and a hairdryer in the draw! Plenty of sockets in room. Nice bay window. On the dressing table in box there were cleaning cloth extras etc which I haven't seen before which is a good idea if you had tipped your cuppa accidentally on table I guess ? So nice to have cleaning cloth at hand.

I enjoyed my stay at The Clifton in Paignton very much. The location was very central although, to be fair, I was there in order to be able to commute to Plymouth for work in the evenings. A parking place was reserved for me on the front drive, which was very welcome for my late returns back to the hotel. The room was bijoux but very comfortable and the bathroom facilities clean and efficient. It was, on the whole, very peaceful in my room and I got some good sleep. The tea facility was topped up daily which was very welcome. The landlord was very helpful and cheerful.
