Great room with nice sea view Comfortable bed and ample good breakfast choices Outdoor private garden is very nice place to enjoy a quiet evening meal Really convenient location with excellent bus, train, ferry and steam train connections to nearby attractions and villages. Also great access to coastal path Amanda and David were amazing and super helpful hosts

We felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. Amanda and David gave us such a warm welcome and gave us great info about everything there is to do around Paignton. The breakfast was exceptional as are the bar, the lounge and the garden/terrace. Our room was cozy and clean and we loved the sea view. As the place is not far from the bus and train stations, traveling without a car was very easy. We will definitely be back :)

David & Amanda were fantastic hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, trips and places to visit. The breakfasts were amazing and made with good quality food.

Lovely rooms with great communal areas. Nothing was too much trouble for David & Amanda, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Great location right on the sea front with parking, and lovely central location for getting out and about. Banging breakfast too!!

Owners were really friendly and very helpful with plenty of suggestions of places to visit and things to do. Breakfast food was very good, including catering for dietary requirements/allergies.

Overwhelming breakfast, really well cooked. Plenty of it. We cannot fault it and Amanda looked amazing in her Chefs uniform complete with hair net.
