It was close to beach and train station all within walking distance the place was lovely and clean with a lovely breakfast ,also having a fridge on the landing with free bottled water and was a bonus

We were made very welcome at the Adelphi hotel. Our en-suite rooms were clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was excellent with vegetarian options available. There was also a good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. The hotel is near the beach, shops and railway station making it an ideal place to stay.

Room was comfortable and clean, and room rate included an excellent cooked breakfast plus 6 types of cereal, yoghurt, juice, and fresh berries and fruit. Shared guest fridge stocked with bottled water and fresh milk. Free wifi. Service was kind but not obtrusive and nothing was too much bother. An excellent week's stay at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic little B&B. The breakfast is great, while it's just 3-4 minutes walk from Paington beach. Stayed at the Adelphi six times over the last 3 years and will stay again!

Really warm welcome from the hosts. Room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and updated bathroom. Good selection at breakfast. Overall very good value.
