The hosts were incredibly warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better, and the room was so cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Paignton.

Breakfast lovely. Perfect egg and bacon. So very clean , with thoughtful touches ie bowl and mat in the room for my dog along with dog biscuits. Very quiet location. Perfect for walking the dog. Park just down the road as was the seafront. Thanks so much. Sandy xx

The breakfast was really good and filling. Vikki and Lee lovely hosts friendly. Stayed in room 9 was a double with shower, tv and had plenty of storage for clothes. Location very short walk to beach front, pier and bus station.
