The owners are absolutely delightful and it really makes for a great stay. Loved the location near the park and the sea. Rooms were immaculately clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

This guest house is located close to the beach, and within walking distance of Paignton Harbour and the Steam Railway. There is parking at the property as well as in the street outside. We were given a warm welcome by our hosts, Sarah and Paul. Our room (10) was selected as it has a large bed, which we need. It was of a decent size, and the bed was very comfortable. As it happens Room 10 is also pet-friendly, which many potential guests will appreciate. The breakfast, cooked to order, included meat, eggs and tomatoes all sourced locally (in some cases from our hosts' own garden). All in all we felt welcome and valued during our 2-night stay, and we hope to return.

A fantastic location very near to the sea and within easy walking distance to Paignton. Off road parking and slots available on the street as well. A very comfortable and spotless double room, and a super choice of breakfast each morning (including delicious home grown eggs and tomatoes!). Lovely hosts who made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you.

Everything!! The hosts Sarah and Paul were so welcoming and friendly throughout our 2-night stay. They immediately upgraded us from the room we had booked. It was a lovely big room with plenty of storage and a view of the park and the sea from the bay window. Wonderful full English breakfast with all the trimmings. The quiet location is close to a lovely park and beach. By following the cliff path you can arrive at Paignton beach in 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you Sarah and Paul for a wonderful stay.

Our hosts were really friendly and a lovely couple. Modern spacious bedroom, breakfast was great, made to order so nice and hot. Great location so easy to walk to the pier and town. Will definitely stay again.
