“A Totally Lovely Experience.”

Absolutely marvellous. Heather and John so welcoming, Accommodation just wonderful , very bijou, cosy, so thoughtfully decorated with every need catered for. Comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom. Each room delightful. Breakfast feels like home from home, Heather cooked to order whilst we chatted. Such a pleasure to stay. We will be back for sure. 😊

“A little piece of heavenly relaxation”

Heather was so welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, organic and freshly cooked to order. The location is beautiful and the apartment itself is so pretty and fun to spend time in with great sea and garden views. It was so nice to meet the resident kitties too! Easy walks into Preston, Paignton and Torquay with buses regularly running on the road a few minutes walk down the hill. Heather has thought of everything and has catered beautifully for everyone. We had so much fun and it felt like our stay was much longer than three nights. We would happily return!

Ether was an exceptional host: warm, friendly, kind and smiling. We had many pleasant conversations during the stay and saying goodbye to her was touching. Her breakfasts will remain forever in our memories of this holiday. The apartment was very clean, bright, welcoming, with a large garden. We would love to be able to return one day.

“Absolutely recommend staying here”

Heather and john were absolutely lovely. They were so good with the children who were 4 and 7 and even got their favourite cereal in. The rooms, as always, are lovely. There was milk ready for a cuppa when we arrived and also fresh water in the fridge as well. Rooms were clean and aired out. I couldn't have asked for more. Also, Heather was great for recommending things to do in the area, so if you're not sure, ask away.

“A lovely place to unwind, we went away feeling relaxed”

We had a fantastic stay here with a family of 4. If we re-visit the area, we will definitely stay here again! Very welcoming! Lovely space to use, cosy with everything we needed. The views are wonderful. We had full use of the spacious garden and felt part of the family rather than ever being in the way. Our kids are desperate to go back! Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Heather went out of her way to adapt to our kids, who (perhaps naturally, I hope naturally!) have ever changing food requirements. Thank you so much for this! It's a nice spot to go running from too, right on the South West Coast Path. It took us 30 mins to walk to the main pier in Paignton. It's a nice coastal walk and we had no issues at all (it starts off hilly though). We got a steam train to Dartmouth on one of the days. A recommended trip, where a few hours there was enough to have a quick explore and a nice coffee stop.
