Central location, handy for train and bus stations. Good choice for breakfast, which set you up for the day. The single room was comfortable although a little tired looking.

Stayed over previous years, so I can recommend. Level walk to seafront and town centre, buses and trains. Family run with homely feel.

It is a lovely place with a Soul, and a cat😄🥰🐈⬛, Max. And the owner, very kind allowed me to check in earlier and check out later. The bathroom was extremely nice, new and clean.

Very convenient location-close to the sea, shops, trains and buses. Wonderful hostess - very friendly and helpful. Substantial breakfast - very tasty.

What can I say. Was there on a break from the North East & cannot fault anything. Jo was lovely, always had a smile on her face & was interested in you & what your plans were for the day without being overbearing. Breakfast was plentiful & your hot option cooked to order. The rooms are nice & homely. Will definitely be going back. A little gem of a guest house. 🙂

Close to the beach and town centre. Jo the owner was friendly and welcoming and cooked a huge English breakfast which kept me going all day. My room was on the 1st floor, big enough with a single comfortable bed, TV, free Wi-Fi and coffee making facilities. The room had its own toilet and shower down the hallway. All in all a very pleasant stay in a quiet area but walkable to everywhere.
