The staff/owners were so accommodating. The rooms were lovely bright but cosy in style and the tea & coffee plus biscuits in the room were very welcomed. We wouldn't definitely stay there again.. Great location to.

A huge thank you to Carl and Tace for their kindness. It was totally unexpected to be upgraded for me and my twin sisters' birthday getaway weekend break in Paignton 🎂. I have stayed in lots of hotels for work and leisure as a frequent traveller and can easily say this was the best in all regards! The loving decor matching the house period, warm welcome and hot (and speedy service!) breakfast made to order, and incredibly comfy bed (you could tell it was new and high quality!). His beautiful photography of the local area up on display and cards from previous guests up on the notice board with heartfelt kind messages. The comedy venue for a touring comedian we saw was only a few minutes down the road and felt safe even late at night with excellent directions from our host. A huge thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay. We will certainly be back to this lovely seaside stay. A++

The property was super modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were super friendly, text in advance to ask our arrival and even let us check out late so we could complete our own Torbay half after it was cancelled. Also have Clipper tea and hot chocolate ☺️

Devon House is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I was made extremely welcome. Carl is a great host, attentive and helpful. The guest house is well located between the station and the seaside and close to all amenities. Thoroughly recommended.

Communication before we arrived was great, the welcome we received was excellent along with recommendations of where to go to eat etc. we found the room very warm but we had a fan which made it ok, bed was so comfortable too.

Everything! The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the property is beautiful. But most of all Carl was an excellent host; coordinating a very smooth check in experience and providing recommendations for places to eat/drink and parking.

The owners were so friendly and very helpful upon arrival. Great communication too! Great supplies for tea and coffee, bathroom well stocked.
