Extermely comfy beds. Slept so well and we usually don't Budget b&b but everything you need. Room was hot however fans in the room helped So close to the beach & park Owner was so helpful and we'll definitely book again.

I was just expecting a room, there was much more, coffee tea facilities, microwave and fridge.a very comfy leather arm chair, comfy bed, a hairdryer was supplied when requested. The only down side was community shower was tempremental. Plus fellow guest came in at 2am very noisy, waking me up. Otherwise all was fine value for money.

Everything. Basically, being left alone and not being snooped at, when you come through the door. The element of trust is great. The location is spot on and there is everything you could possibly need- you can help yourself to more tea bags downstairs etc...

It's in a great location you really couldn't get a better place to stay in the centre of Paignton with parking and shops just around the corner and yes the beach ⛱ is right at the end of the street 😀

We were very happy with the location, so close to the beach and amenities - perfect with our young son. Marina was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated that we could store our bags on the day of departure to enjoy a bit more unencumbered playground time.

We booked a room with an ensuite shower room for 3 adults. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave in addition to the kettle. There was a very generous selection of biscuits, tea and coffees. Enough tableware for 4 people and, very thoughtfully, washing up liquid was provided. On the negative side the wifi - especially when watching the TV - kept dropping off which was frustrating. The drawer unit was very wobbly but we were able to use it. Seagulls were exceptionally noisy at night but, being by the sea, that's to be expected. Maria was friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage in the guest house after we'd checked out which we really appreciated - we were able to enjoy our last day unencumbered by our suitcases. Excellent central location - only 5 mins from railway station, bus station, shopping area, restaurants, beach and pier. Brampton Guest House is very good value for money. We would stay here again.
