This won't be the most appropriate review for the room I booked as I delightfully received a room upgrade upon arrival for my partner & I which was brilliant. I did however look the night before at the Booking site page and saw the room I initially booked was going for much, much less that very night so perhaps I was receiving a room to match the amount I paid. The room we received was brilliant, a large four poster bedroom with large bathroom, and private decking with outdoor futon & seating. The location of Paia Inn is perfect for Maui explorers and even if you don't have a car, the town is full of dining locations, shops and the private access to the beach - though slightly treacherous so not for the faint of heart - was breathtaking. We spotted a colony of turtles on said beach all snoozing ashore and it was a highlight for our trip.

The property is super nice. The first night we slept in a room and was super nice but really small. The return back the second night and we slept in a flat and it was super super nice and huge. The staff is wonderful.
