Amazing location, right on walking street but still quiet when we wanted to sleep. Wonderful hosts, every day new toilet paper and water. Loved the balcony sitting area. Kettle available as well. Wifi was strong. Bathroom clean, and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

A calm and pleasant home on 3 floors. I got the chance to have my room on the 3rd one, with a pleasant view on the town and mountains. A good place to stay for escaped from the tourists carnival in that one upon a time a great village, now becoming a stupid business city where everyone seems to appreciate to do the same occupations than others !

My partner and I stayed here on our backpacking trip, we absolutely loved it, the location was right on the walking street and we had many food and shopping options. The staff were very helpful, having the option to daily room freshens or not depending on your choice, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, 10/10 would stay again

The location was very handy to everything we did like that and if we could have rented scooters they had a place to park them. But it was very busy and no scooters available the couple of times we tried to rent also have earplugs a little noisy in am

The location is great, 1min from walking street and bus station. Owner was very friendly when we arrived and the room was clean. There is a small terrace in front of the room where u can sit and smoke. Nice view from our room onto the mountains.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the walking street in Pai. It's the best location from this point of view. And it's not noisy, you can't hear music or things like that.

Its location is unbeatable—right on Pai’s iconic walking street—yet remarkably quiet, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The price is exceptional, especially given how central it is to all the activity. While the hotel has a no-alcohol policy that might not appeal to everyone, it fosters a serene, quiet environment, attracting guests who prefer a more peaceful stay—a feature I personally appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi performed flawlessly, even handling multiple Zoom meetings without any problems. Although the furniture and decor are a bit dated, this is a minor point considering the unbeatable price and prime location. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, affordability, and tranquility. It may not suit every preference, but for the combination of location, value, and peaceful ambiance, it’s truly a great find!
