Great location, centre of Pai is very busy and the property is just far enough away to be a really peaceful place to stay. The villas were comfortable, the owners and staff were wonderful. The owner offers a taxi service to town for 100baht and is very friendly.

We had the mountain view room and it was so peaceful and seeing the misty mornings was lovely. It was nice staying a little bit out of town. The pool was fantastic and so was the Thai food on the menu.

Lovely quiet location out of town, so transport is a must.. 100 bht for hotel taxi available. Standard villa clean and comfortable. lovely to wake up to the sound of the birds and wildlife. Fantastic pool, towels provided. Breakfast was great! overall great value for money.

Lovely staff. Nice and clean pool with a spacious cabin. The wifi worked well. The garden was well maintained and the breakfast was fine! Do not expect a 5 star resort, but our overall experience was amazing and extremely well worth the money. We recommend this place if you have a rental bike/car!! Extra thanks to the lovely staff.

Great value for money! The huts were really nice and had everything we needed with a beautiful surrounding scenery. They also had some very friendly dogs. The pool was also great!

The location is very beautiful with a lot of green nature. Staff is super friendly and supportive. As an example, the lady who manage the place woke up 06:00 to prepare breakfast for us because we needed to leave on time to Chiang Mai airport. Swimming pool is also a plus.
