Basic but very good value room in centre of Pai. Convenient for bus station and walking street but still quiet location away from all the noice and party music.

The bathroom setup was really good and the room a good space with hanging and bag storage area. Fridge, kettle, water and coffee provided. Stunning view of the hills and white Buddha, good sunrise position. Really good location, short walk y walking street for food and to the bus station.

Close proximity to town centre and walking street at night. But hear no noise from it. Handy if you don’t have transport. 5 mins walk from the bus station. Large room with great view. Hot shower. Great rooftop terrace for chilling.

Great location and nice room. The shower was really nice and could also adjust the temperatures to have a hot shower. We had a great stay here
