The place is located in a beautiful location to begin with. And the caretaker was very supportive of my family who stayed there. The rooms are really nice and good food is served here within the stay. But the best part is the location of the stay.

Location - 5/5 - The hotel is situated close to the city centre, yet distant from the bustling. The riverstream is on the opposite side of the road, so you can hear a soothing stream flowing. You can also get a view of the mountains. Room size - 5/5 - Very large room and the washroom was spacious. The room had a closet also. The room can host 3 people easily. The room comes with an open balcony with a garden view, which makes you feel like you reserved a full villa! Cleanliness and smell - Clean and no damp smell Facilities and service - The washroom had a geyser. Wifi was good. I liked the fact that the hotel was very generous about the facilities. They have plenty of cloth hangers in the closet, 3 charging points. The staff were very humble and friendly. Food quality - we tried Kashmiri veg pulao, aloo paratha and kehwa. Everything tasted good and cooked with care. The Kashmiri veg pulao was delicious. Specialty - The soothing sound of river flow was a surprising benefit. We loved the garden with flower beds and beautiful roses. The rooms are on the ground floor and give you an open garden view with mountains in the background. Things that can be improved - nothing from my side
