This is the second time this year that we have stayed in this hotel as we enjoyed it so much when we stayed back in June. The hotel is in an excellent location just a few metres from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop so we did not need a car. We stayed in a twin room (403) with sea view from 29 Oct-3 Nov. The room has good aircon and a mini fridge and was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold. We had half-board and the evening buffet also had a huge choice. The wifi worked very well. Palma airport is about 30 mins taxi ride and cost us €45 (you can get a bus in the summer months).

The lovely lady who checked us in (I think her name is spelled Xisco) was very cheerful and helpful with any inquiries we had. The room faced the sea (room 311). Good space in the wardrobe. Bathroom very nice. Balcony very nice. Location to the beach and boulevard with all the restaurants and shops was excellent - just a few steps away. We did not have a car and did not need one. The swimming pool was very inviting. Lots of sunbeds and parasols. There are lots of staff employed by this hotel so there was never any problem with having to wait for food or drinks or any maintenance work. The buffet breakfast had the most amazing selection of just about everything you could ever want to eat/drink and the tables were cleared really efficiently and discreetly. I congratulate all the staff, especially the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless clean. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed and we really felt like we were on holiday (some big chain hotels can have lots of rules and regulations).

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this hotel and each time we are always happy to be back. The location is excellent - just a few steps from the main boulevard with all the shops, restaurants, bars and the wonderful beach. The hotel is very well run by the staff - who are incredibly friendly and polite. Check-in is very quick and efficient. The buffet breakfast and evening meal is very varied and relaxed and food is kept topped-up. The swimming pool and poolside seating area is lovely. The rooms facing the sea have everything you need. There is a fridge and a safety box. The aircon works very well and the rooms are not noisy. The housekeeping staff keep the hotel and rooms very clean.

We have returned to this hotel several times as it ticks all of the boxes for us. We stayed in room 410 which overlooks the sea. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten as it is right in the middle of the Boulevard which has all the shops, cafés, restaurants and bars (but thankfully no nightclubs to disturb the peace !) and a few steps to the beach so you don’t need a car. All the staff are simply amazing and hard working and efficient and are an asset to this hotel chain. The buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal offer a huge variety and there are always enough free tables so you don’t have to wait.

Nice sea view, room comfortable and clean for 3*. I asked to be placed on the upper floors not near the elevator, the hotel management responded to my request and all requests were fully met. I consider the main advantage of the hotel to be the management and good cuisine.

Fantastic location, very clean, the offer and taste of meals. Very quiet at nights. We got a room with the large terrace- so nice! Great service, very hard-working staff. Beautiful beach just some meters away.

The staffs are friendly and the daily breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and a lot of choices. Facilities are clean and very nice ambiance. The hotel deserve more than 3 stars.

Centrally located hotel only a few hundred meters from the main street and the beach. Nice staff, especially our English lady who cleaned our room. Good food for breakfast and dinner

Bedroom and bathroom excellent and very clean. Balcony excellent for our room 122 which was an extended balcony. Staff really nice Very good facilities around pool and in main parts of hotel and around pool
