We were in this hotel only 1 night. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning. Therefore my review cannot be called complete. But I would like to mention the staff at the hotel. Positive and it was very nice when we left at 5 am and we were given the opportunity to have breakfast. + Clean number in good condition. Thank you. Stay positive:)

The location is superb and the staff could not have been more helpful-we asked to be moved and they made it happen. Our special thanks to Michael + Jana. We are already planning to return. It would really help if a particular room can be allocated prior to arrival,as some are more ‘special’ than others-we were lucky to be able to relocate to a better room ie 207 and would request that prior to payment next time. It was a lovely stay at Hostal Neptuno and we are missing Paguera already!! Many thanks to all the reception ‘staff’ for their attention. Scrupulously clean as well!! Stuart + Caroline Canwell

Excellent location, 1 minute from the beach, bus stop and main street. Clean room, modern bathroom, good quality toiletteriez, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Tasty coffee for breakfast.

Great location - 2 minutes to the big beach 🏝️ and not so far from the airport (around 20-30 minutes by the taxi). Nice breakfast 🍳 Clean light room with a nice interior

Location we liked very much - beach, restaurants,bus to Palma and airport is in 100 metres from hostal. Breakfast simple but you can find what to eat every morning. Very good for the price.

The location was great, it is very close to the beach and to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Raul and Cesca, and the other personal we met during breakfast were very considerate and helpful. We would definitely return there again!
