The fine print
When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that from October 29, 2023 to March 14, 2024, the swimming pools, restaurants and the private path to the beach will remain closed. The reception will be open 24 hours. During this period, there will be no breakfast option.The hotel has private parking. It costs 15 €/night, with an additional deposit of 20€. In the months of January, March, November and December the cost is reduced to 6€ / night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Good size apartment, large bedroom, small kitchen, good size balcony overlooking the pool. Very quiet, clean and staff very helpful. Pool areas very good, so close to the beach.

The apartment is decent sized and everyone is lovely. Great breakfast too! The location is walking distance to the beach. Great access to supermarkets too! Great pool, great beach and great service (from front desk, to breakfast to cleaning staff). Lovely balcony with sun beds that get sun. It also has parking that you must book in advance: this was essential to be able to visit all the towns around that area. Overall it was a great stay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, including kitchen, and large and nice balcony is a great bonus too. Efficient air conditioning. Friendly staff ready to help you. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. (Nothing to to with the hotel, but bear in mind there is a construction project going on, so you might want to walk a bit further to enjoy sunbathing and swimming without noise and without ugly view 😬).

It was our first time in Mallorca so I didnt know the region and just picked according to price/review and was a little afraid. But once we got there.... First of all, the location is fantastic! Not only because of the region in general, but you can reach the beach directly from the backyard f the hotel! Also it has two pools, one has nice attractions for children. We also got a drink as a welcome gift at the pool. You go there anytime again. The apartments were spacious, cozy and very clean.
