Room was quite spacious and very quiet.. Bed and bedding were very nice as well. Thermal pool was pleasant and soothing. Front desk folks were very accommodating and friendly.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Enjoyed some conversations with them. Useful recommendation for restaurant. Tried the indoor hot springs - a new experience for me. Glad I experimented.

The lady, maybe Jennifer, was super nice and other staffs are very nice as well. 100% mineral pool was fantastic. They are very nice people.
