The bed was really comfortable. They also had different choices for pillows , so you are pleased. The heat was more than good. And the breakfast was good enough. It had several choices, with delicious croissants and good coffee.

Room is spacious, not enough lights but bed is comfy and bathroom is well prepared. Restaurant food is very good, service especially waiter Marco are super nice and friendly. Had dinner 2 times. Breakfast is average.

The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. They also lent me an umbrella when the rain arrived. Breakfast offers a good selection of food but the coffee from the machines is terrible. The only time I have ever had a bad coffee in Italy. The terrace is much smaller than the photos depict, but still a nice aspect of the city. I didn't mind that it is a 25min walk to the Palazzo. It is near the train station and motorway on/off ramp.
