The apartment was so warm and cozy, it felt like coming into a home. It felt super nice coming inside from the cold. Check-in was with a code and very easy, and the location was perfect, right into the entrance of the old town and an easy walk from everything. It was an interesting and easy formula to get a breakfast voucher to try one of three local breakfast places.

The Giotto house, as the name suggests, is a house that has been transformed into rooms. It's not a hotel, so we missed having an attendant at the reception to inform you about a restaurant or attractions in the city. We had one person who welcomed us and another who came to look at the room and change the towels, but the bed was never made by this person. So we had a password to enter the hotel and the room, which was somewhat impersonal. The same as renting a room or house on airbnb. I don't recommend it for anyone who wants a different treatment. The room is also timeless, with a vintage style that sometimes doesn't match, for example the bathroom is all marble while the lighting in the room is modern, a bit confusing. I do not recommend.

They are well located, in a discrete location, small staff and very boutique style. Room was super spacious and nice retro style.

The location was great, super easy to reach from the train station, central but quiet at night. The ambience of the hotel is great, very beautiful decoration also in the room. Although there is no breakfast directly at the hotel, they have agreements (at least at the time we went) with cute cafes around, and you can try multiple ones with vouchers they provide. The room was super spacious, modern, clean, great equipment and facilities as well as advise to visit the surroundings and the city of course. We loved out stay and would definitely reapt.

Central location , near to the shops,restaurants, train station and next to a lovely park where you can sit outside with a drink and listen to music, some nights live music. The property is stylish, very comfortable, with great air con which was a necessity. Spacious room, big bathroom, bottled water daily. You get vouchers to use in nearby cafes for breakfast. Luisa on reception is very helpful and friendly. This was our second stay here and we would definitely return.

It's a good idea to offer a choice of cafes for breakfast. The location is fantastic and though the property is central, our spacious room was very quiet and the air conditioning made it comfortably cool.
