Staff are amazing, stunning views, great location. We had ants in room that they tried to address but still had them and at check out the employee tried to explain why that happens. Disappointed to have that for the price regardless of the reason.

The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast (probably the best we had in the west coast). Staff was very friendly and the little details were amazing

Breakfast was fine with the choices of yoghurts, fruit, and (vegan) omelet. Didn't notice any (cold) meats or salmon though...but that was soon forgotten as we watched the whales and sealions swim past. What a view! Temo greeted us at checkin and went out of his way to provide as much information about the area as possible. Thanks to him we enjoyed our stay, saved money for the 17 mile drive and visited Pebble Beach. As for location, it doesn't get any better than this. Situated across the beach just a short walk away from the mainstreet. Convenient parking and again, a view to die for!

This was the best stay of our whole West Coast USA trip. The hospitality of the staff was incredible, the property itself was so beautiful and all the small perks (cookies and champagne in the afternoon) were amazing touches. The Seals Rock room looked over the ocean and was the perfect sunrise and sunset spot. Could not recommend more highly.

It was a stunning location with fabulous views from our room and breakfast was good. The garden was beautifully kept. Afternoon wine and cake a lovely touch and much appreciated as was the chocolate and card for our anniversary.

This was the best hotel we stayed in our 10 days in California. The most confortable bed and linen I ever slept in. Worst every penny: magical garden, great views, great staff. It has a lot of rules around and remind me of begging at my grandmother house (in a good way). Fresh flowers in living room decorated with style. A truely special place

The room I had was fairly quiet and situated directly in the middle. I thoroughly enjoyed it except for the tiny bugs on the ceiling. Funny that I only saw them on the ceiling and never anywhere else in the room.
