Country houses Overview

Under Oaks Guest House is situated on a wine farm in Paarl along the Cape Winelands route. The country house features a restaurant, lush garden and terrace.
The classic and elegant rooms come fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV, safe and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Each en suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Free WiFi is available in the rooms.
Breakfast is served daily in the Manor House. Under Oaks pizzeria is housed in the original Jonkmanshuis, under oak trees with views of the majestic Drakenstein Mountains. The pizzeria is closed on a Sunday evening and all day on Mondays. A well-crafted cellar boasts a selection of wines. The property offers wine and chocolate pairings upon request.
Pearl Valley Golf Estate and Spa is within 19 km and the Cape Town International Airport is 45 minutes’ drive away.

The place is beautiful and the rooms and are what they show on the pictures. The swimming pool was nice and the views were breathtaking, the Pizzeria on the Estate has some of the best Pizzas i have ever eaten and the wine is equally good. Collette is a great host

We loved everything about Under Oaks. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations. One word to describe our experience is "professional" from beginning to the end of our stay.

Great setting, in vineyard overlooking small lake, with cows and horses and lots of birds to sit and watch. Staff excellent always cheerful and help as much as they can. Pizza restaurant at the main house was very good also the staff there were 10 out of 10.
