The fine print
A £35 fee for unauthorized late check-out is charged, along with an additional £15 charge per hour starting from 10 AM check-out until departure for waiting time. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Rana Buildings in advance. All guests will need to submit proof of address together with the ID required for verification online via a secured link. This is required prior to check in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

It was close to the JR hospital which was what we needed. It was clean and warm. It had mostly what we needed.

Excellent location, only 10 minutes from train station. Close proximity to shops, walking distance. Nice clean apartment. I would stay again, but ideal if sofa bed swapped.

The check-in process was very smooth and easy. Parking just in front of entrance. And grocery stores and pharmacy just around the corner. My family enjoys the stay here a lot.
