Excellent location in the heart of Oxford. Large bedroom with new furniture. We had a good view of the main part where the walking tours start and was treated to a Morris dancing festival.

The location was great , in the centre of Oxford. Lots of attractions, the sightseeing bus was a good start if you haven't visited Oxford before.

The location of The Buttery was perfect. Everywhere was easy to get to and not far to walk, whether it be the colleges, museums or the castle/prison. Though the accommodation seemed expensive for what it was, as Oxford itself is quite expensive I believe it was good value compared to other hotels there. The room was serviced each day and there is 24 hour reception cover
