Excellent location, on street parking free on weekends. Clean and comfortable with lovely breakfast. Night buses run very close by if in town for the evening. Will be staying again.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel that could accommodate myself and my husband, my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter in two rooms, within walking distance of the town centre. Linton Lodge met our requirements perfectly. The staff were helpful, the rooms clean, warm and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast (though it looked as if there was every food that could be desired) but had one evening meal. This was not “posh” but was tasty and promptly served in a pleasant environment.

The room was cosy, beds comfy and a good shower in the well-appointed bathroom. Hairdryer, ironing board and kettle were all available in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so helpful and very accommodating. There is some parking on the street if you don't want to pay at the hotel carpark but check the street sign parking info to be sure. I found the hotel carpark handy as I went walked into Oxford after checking out and just paid the £10 flat rate again. This was my second stay and I would definitely use this lovely hotel again.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, and great access by foot to Summertown and Jericho. Great value for money considering location and so near to Christmas. Free parking for Sat night/Sunday day (and option to pay £10 any othertime)
