“Very upset”
The location of the house is okay, and the Wi-Fi is fast. However, one day before our check-out of the house, the Wi-Fi suddenly was not working properly.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk from a bus stop that takes you straight into the centre of Oxford. Well equipped kitchen, other amenities were passable. There is absolutely no way to fit 12 people in this house though, it's comfortable for 6 but that' about the limit.
