Safe parking for our motorbike, warm welcome with the a’la menthe. Specious room, clean & tidy with comfy bed and gorgeous view on the waterfall. Staff very friendly and helpful, they noticed my mistake as I made double reservation and helped me to avoid double costs. Upon arrival they showed us around, helped with luggage. Delicious dinner including local wine and rich, traditional breakfast. Great location with direct gateway to the path to waterfall, beautifull garden and all surroundings.

Really pretty area, view of the waterfall, huge rooms, exceptional level of service really couldn’t fault them nothing was too much trouble if you wanted anything they would sort it.

Everything was just awesome!!! The staff, the hotel, the view, the food... My best experience ever at this hotel in my life ❣️. So satisfied and with no doubt I’m come for sure again and again, I would like to thank everyone who was sooo kind and professional and nice to us, start for the director and his assistant to the f/b manager and the barman to receptionnists and all the other staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone you went all above and i felt to be like part of your Hotel family. Thank you hugely

We loved the place! the. Pools were Amazing with beautiful views from everywhere. very friendly staff, good parking Nearby, breakfast was delicious. there were monkeys in the garden which was a nice surprise

My hotel room had a view of the waterfalls. The pools were wonderful, the hotel and room was clean and the staff were friendly.
