Staff were very welcoming, food was delicious, portions were too big for us to finish, a few flies in the room, but only because window was open and you are in forest/valley so we didn't really mind. Lovely jazz music was very relaxing.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Parking nice, under cover. Good location if you're hiking. Dog friendly with a nice garden and easy short walks. Quiet and remote. Comfortable beds. Interesting building with original old stone features. Would be great place for group of friends or family to stay as you could have the whole place to yourselves. Breakfast, evening meals and limited selection of drinks offered.

It is a beautiful house in the middle of the woods, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The staff was great, and their food amazing!
