Julie who is the property owner greeted us really nice when we arrived late in the evening. She told us about the things to do around. The room was cozy with all required facilities. Best thing is price, if you look other options they are really expensive so I like having this budget stay option close to main downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was great and we could easily walk into town. The room was large and clean. The s’more package was a nice touch and my kids enjoyed them. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location, walking distance to main street and hot springs. rooms are very clean and comfortable and the lady at check in went above and beyond to ask questions, help us with coffee, hot chocolate and smores.

This is how hospitality is supposed to be. Extreme friendly frontdesk lady. Super cozy clean rooms with silence and fresh air at night. Very good bedding and large clean shower area. One of the best places we stayed in Colorado Thank you!
