Excellent location for the ferry,though someone had tried to force the back door of our van open whilst in the public car park opposite.It would be good if there was some secure parking associated with the hotel.

Check in was really easy, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Separate adjoining room for the kids. Dog friendly with a balcony so it suited our needs perfectly

The closeness to the ferry port, easy access with the key code as we were held up coming off the ferry.

We just needed an overnight stay after the ferry docked late in the evening. L'Ecailler was perfect for that; just an unpretentious little hotel but perfectly clean and comfortable which suited our needs exectly

Located within close walking distance from ferry port. Room had good view & overlooked the church. Staff were friendly. The big attraction to this hotel for us was the restaurant serving exceptionally good food at a very good price!! We both had set menu for 29 Euros each, we ordered seafood platter, steak, duck & trio of puddings with coffee for dinner & moules frites for lunch.

Ideal location for the ferry. Clean comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be hot nicely presented and plentiful. As well as good value for money.
