I booked a wheelchair accessible room for my daughter but the hotel had not recorded this. They had a room available but it took quite a while for them to make the switch,and they charged us 20 euros extra. Everything else was excellent and breakfast was exceptionally good.

Restaurant was very good with a limited but good menu. The breakfast was just the ticket - all we could have asked for. The room was spacious enough and everything worked and was clean and nicely set up.

Have stayed here numerous times and generally I like the hotel a lot, more so with the previous management. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and there is a small but very cosy lounge bar.

I have regularly stayed at this hotel as it is well located for the ferry terminal and onward travel, with secure parking. It is very quiet and rooms are a decent size with good bathrooms. Although I arrived too late for it, there is a restaurant right next door which has a very traditional French menu which looks good.

Very close to the ferry terminal and an excellent base for visiting Pegasus Bridge and the British & Canadian D-Day beaches. Friendly and helpful staff Adjacent to a small commercial centre ideal for stocking up with great French produce

Friendly and helpful staff Very clean and comfortable room Only a few minutes drive from the Ouistreham to Portsmouth ferry Well placed for visiting Pegasus Bridge and the Normandy landing beaches Adjacent to a shopping centre Swimming pool

The room was great, beds were comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also very good, we had Oysters and an omelette. The breakfast buffet was ok

Only there overnight but location was perfect for ferry to uk. Room was more than adequate and local amenities were close at hand.
