The fine print
When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Pet fees is euros 4 per pet (max 2 per rooms).Parking not authorized for coaches not transporting groups staying on site.Our establishment is open from Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
On Fridays, we are open from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
Outside of reception hours, please proceed to the hotel entrance where a Room Automatic Distributor allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, have your reservation number and bank card ready for payment, then follow the instructions on the screen.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the hotel lobby door if applicable.Please note that hotel parking has electric charging stations.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A good choice of bread products, otherwise a bit basic but I find that common in France. The machine drinks were not great - my friend's coffee was poor and the water from the machine was not hot enough to make tea. But the price is great, room and bathroom good. Friendly staff, although they are not there during much of the day - I thought their hours were perfectly adequate. Outside it's self-service (check-in via a keyboard) which after a long drive might agitate some.

Basic hotel, well situated a 2 minute drive to the Caen Ferry Port . Basic food and drink available until 8pm or a 15 minute stroll tlo a number or restaurant's

Location perfect for overnighting on arriving/departing ferry port. It's always quiet clean and fairly comfortable and breakfast is always generous with a full choice. Our dog is very happy here too.

It is extremely annoying having just disembarked from the ferry to have to try to work out the computer at the entrance in order to get into the hotel. I am a regular cross channel traveller but will not use the hotel again.

Like everything about this hotel. It’s an ideal location for the ferry. Super clean. Comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. Staff are always pleasant.

Convenient stop on our way to Bretagne. Good location off the highway and walkable to the center and the lighthouse. No soap in the bathroom, but we were prepared after reading the other reviews. So not an issue. No hairdryer in the room but you can ask for one at the reception. Clean family room.
