We loved the location and made the most of the pool on a last hot fall day after having had a great drive over the Swartbergpass. There were some plumbing issues - but they were easily solved by moving us to the room next door. Dinner was ok - we never really found out how much it actually cost (since drinks from the honesty bar were added…:) - and we weren’t too hungry for breakfast, so can’t really say much about it. Other than that we were a little taken aback that only the first coffee was included and you were supposed to pay after that. There was a nice coffeemachine in the room, though. The room description for the King Suite said: “Wine/champagne is provided”. I think that should be changed to : provided for a fee, otherwise it is misleading. But there was a nice selection of drinks at the honesty bar and also gor finner, so all good.
