I loved the coffee and the hot shower. The coffee had a little taste of cinnamon or something similar and the shower was the hottest we had by now which helped us to get warm on those cold days. The room was very big and the staff very friendly. Thanks a lot!

Incredibly welcoming staff, helped in printing our boarding passes (needed for leaving Morocco) and any other questions. Clean rooms, and good breakfast. Cute spots to eat and rest outside the room.

Fantastic stay at Riad Ouarzazete. The staff were incredible and Hasma did everything to ensure our stay was great. The rooms were very spacious and the outside areas are very picturesque. Breakfast is lovely too. The Riad is about a 35 minute walk from the centre of Ouarzazete or 5 minutes in the taxi which is only 10 dirham (about 85p). We also managed to hire an electric scooter to explore the desert which only costed 200 dirham for the day (about £18). Ouarzazete is not a tourist hotspot, although the locals are friendly enough. Most places do not serve alcohol so bear this in mind if you are looking for a glass of wine or beer in the evening. You can get this in the main Carrefour in the centre however extremely cheaply. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

The staff were extremely attentive and kind - as most didn’t speak English, they were very patient with us. In term of facilities, the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The air conditioning was strong which we enjoyed! Asmae organised a surprise for my boyfriends’s birthday which was absolutely amazing! It made the trip very special ☺️

The Hotel is beautiful and also the pool and garden are very pleasant. We had a problem with our car and the staff was amazing helping us. I definitively recommend :)
