The hotel has a great vibe with attention to detail. It is welcoming and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Great decor. The location is excellent with walking distance to the Parliament Buildings and the trendy Byward market.

The design of the hotel is beautiful, everything from the lobby, restaurant to the corridor and rooms. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant the next morning was also delicious. Will go back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Metcalfe Hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the entire hotel had a pleasant scent that made it feel even more welcoming. The staffs were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again
