The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. Intra stay cleanings are available upon request 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. Please do not bring a bike into your space. There is a bike rack located in the level P2 garage, and locks are not provided.Please note that construction work is taking place nearby monday to Friday, 9 am—5 pm, and the garage will be inaccessible during this time. Construction noise may be heard.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Room was amazing and larger than anticipated. Cozy, clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. 2 washers and dryers were conveniently located on our floor.

The room was very clean. Small kitchen is a bonus, with utensils, plates, dish detergent...suitable for our family. Bed linens/towels feel like brand-new. All the rooms close to the elevator.

The room was fantastic. So large and filled with great amenities and a comfortable bed. Lots of ambient lighting as well. The front desk lady was very helpful and directed us to the city hall parking which was so well located and well priced! Amazing location overall too.

I liked that it had everything including the fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, tea & coffee was provided. The place was so spacious and lots of mirrors which I liked. The bathroom was also so ver nice.
