Service is good and staff is friendly. The staff introduced to Sijioji temple and arrange shuttle bus to the temple free of charge.

The staff were amazing, the facilities as well. The room with the open-air bath with the view on the lake biwa was breathtaking, especially during the sunrise! I will come again

Beautiful place, fantastic baths. The food was very good as well. I was impressed by how they accommodated my crustacean allergy. The staff are lovely and tried their best to speak English to their non-Japanese customers. I was able to speak some Japanese so I could converse with them better, but I appreciate their effort!

My favourite part was the onsen on my balcony facing the lake. Public bath was also nice. Omni beef dinner was also another highlight. Service was great.

The open air onsen is amazing, food (breakfast and dinner) is amazing Recommended at least 2 nights stay for different dinner menu options
