The owner was very friendly, he offered to upgrade my room to a bigger room, and he let me check in hours before the official check-in, so I don't have to wait outside. The room had everything I needed, was very clean, the warm water worked and so did the heating (unlike comments I've read from other guests). If you have no luggage it is very easy and fast to get to the hotel by foot, if you have bigger luggage it is also possible but a bit more uncomfortable because of the rough pavement that leads to the hotel. All in all very recommandable, again the owner was very kind and welcoming.

Communication was excellent, and we received very detailed instructions! Place was a great value for money, clean and cozy. Very close from the airport. Note: dont get confused by the distance google maps show FROM the airport as they are missing an overpass, and that's why it shows 4km, instead of 1,4km.
